• 1.회원정보회원가입 시 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 개인정보 처리방침 동의 일자와 고지 버전을 보관합니다. 이를 회원가입, 이메일 인증, 로그인, 계정 관리 및 권한 확인에 이용하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 삭제합니다. 닉네임은 게시물 및 댓글에 표시될 수 있으나 이메일 주소는 공개하지 않습니다.
• 2.이용자가 등록한 정보이용자가 직접 등록한 게시물, 댓글 및 첨부파일과 예약 시 입력한 이메일 주소, 선택 메모 및 예약 일시를 해당 기능의 게시, 운영, 예약 및 알림을 위하여 보관합니다. 작성물은 이용자가 삭제할 때까지, 예약 정보는 취소하거나 운영자가 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 회원 탈퇴 후에도 작성물에 표시된 닉네임과 예약 기록은 유지될 수 있습니다.
• 3.외부 처리이용자가 AI 보조를 직접 요청한 경우에만 선택한 내용, 필요한 문맥 및 첨부파일 이름을 미국 소재 OpenAI에 전송합니다. 이메일 인증 및 예약 알림을 발송하기 위하여 Amazon SES 서울 리전에서 이메일 주소와 메일 내용을 처리합니다.
• 4.수정·삭제·문의로그인 후 이메일 주소와 닉네임을 수정하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 작성물과 예약은 각 기능에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호책임자는 Jun Su Park이며, 연락처는 junsu@handong.edu입니다. 처리 내용이 변경되면 시행일과 버전을 함께 갱신합니다.

• 1.Member informationAt registration, JSPCV retains your email address, nickname, and the agreement date and notice version for this privacy policy. It uses this information for registration, email verification, sign-in, account management, and access control, and deletes it when you withdraw. Your nickname may appear with posts and replies, but your email address is not public.
• 2.Information you provideJSPCV retains posts, replies, attachments, and the email address, optional note, and reservation time you provide when making a reservation. This information is used for publishing, operation, booking, and notices. Content remains until you delete it; reservation information remains until cancellation or operator deletion. After withdrawal, your nickname displayed with content and reservation records may remain.
• 3.Service providersOnly when you directly request AI assistance does JSPCV send the selected content, necessary context, and attachment names to OpenAI in the United States. Amazon SES in the Seoul region processes the email address and message content needed to send verification and reservation notices.
• 4.Changes, deletion, and contactAfter signing in, you may change your email address or nickname and request account withdrawal. You may manage content and reservations through each feature.
